At Haloréa, every charm and keepsake is packaged with care and intention. We want your order to arrive beautifully, safely, and in a timely manner.

⭐ Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
During peak seasons (November–December), processing may extend to 3–5 business days due to order volume.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

United States

Standard Shipping (USPS First Class): 3–7 business days
Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): 2–4 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

Local Pickup (Kentucky)

If you are local to Augusta or Louisville, please contact us prior to ordering. Local pickup may be available for select products or events.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination.
Customs fees, VAT, and import duties are the customer’s responsibility.

Fully insured if value exceeds $50

We prioritize sustainable packing materials whenever possible.

⭐ Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
If you do not receive tracking within 5 business days, contact us at hfhcollection@gmail.com .

⭐ Lost or Delayed Packages

Haloréa is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, or weather events.
If your package shows as “Delivered” but hasn’t arrived, please:

Check with neighbors
Confirm with your post office
Allow 48 hours (many packages scan early)

If the package is truly lost, please contact us and we will work with you on a solution.

⭐ Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery with:

Your order number
Photos of the packaging
Photos of the item

We will replace or refund the item immediately.

⭐ Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened charms and jewelry cannot be returned.
However, if your item arrives defective or incorrect, please reach out — we want you to LOVE your pieces.

We happily accept exchanges on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Customer pays return shipping unless the error is ours.
